STATE SERIES LANDSCAPING

  1. FOR PRE-SALE and NON-COMPLETED Homes – A combination of one (1) tree, a brick border, one (1) 15 gal. shrub, three (3) 5 gal. shrubs, two (2) different colored rocks, irrigation system, and side yard landscaping. See Drawings for Package A, B, or C.

  2. Home buyers will have an opportunity to select various designs, color of rock and brick at their color selection appointment. Irrigation system requires homeowner maintenance.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  1. Grass; however, artificial grass can be installed at an additional cost through a Change Order.

  2. Landscaping at rear yard.

  3. Landscaping warranty – there is NO warranty on landscaping.

  4. Maintenance of landscaping and irrigation system.

  5. Mediator position between home buyer and landscaping service for misunderstandings, mistakes, or conflicts. Examples include wrong color rock, or wrong placement of rock/grass.

  6. Builder is not responsible for contamination of landscaping caused by acts of nature – windblown trash/debris, sand, rain washout, etc.

  7. Grass shall not be allowed in the parkway (area between street curb and sidewalk).

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
NOTES:

  1. Landscaping upgrades are available directly with the landscaping company assigned to you. Home buyer/homeowner is responsible for additional charges.

  2. Home buyer/homeowner is NOT allowed to use his/her own landscaping company without forfeiting the landscaping package provided by Classic American Homes.

  3. Exceptions on standard landscaping package will apply to subdivisions with covenants.
